I’ve been taking my father here for the last five months. All the staff from the receptionist to the nurses to everybody else have been so kind and attentive. We’re here All day two days in a row every time we come. We’ve had some great nurses. Specifically Erin, Lolita & Kate . Really really love all of them. And today of all days I found out just outside of the treatment area in the hallway. They have a spa that gives massages, manicures, Hairstyling and haircuts. 0 People want cancer, even less want to go through chemo. But I'm glad I went here for it. The nurses and staff taking care of me every other week are so kind. Just now one of them popped in just to make sure I was doing okay, remembering me by name and everything. God Bless the staff in the Cancer Center, Truly.
Please pull calls from the receptionist, Samantha. She is beyond rude and condescending. Put me on hold once I asked to speak to a manager and never returned to the call. Very immature and sadly the first point of contact with Trinity. She plays power and control getting my health care needs met!
Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Regenbogen today. I was very pleased with him. He was very kind and compassionate, and took his time explaining things to me since I process things slow. One of the best doctors I’ve seen so far also one of the best looking ones.😃
