Last september I was assaulted by a nurse technician and they did nothing about it. I wanted the information on this CNA so I could report this information to the police department. All they sent me was a very non-specific letter saying that they did an internal review of my charts and the charges stand. It really shows that the hospital is more about profit. Really suggest using Sanford in Bismarck or something if your medical needs are not life threatening.
Absolute worst Hospital I’ve ever been to. You wait for Hours in an Emergency Room, get called back to see a care provider, after telling them you’ve already had 3 blood tests within the last 2 weeks, the most recent one being at a clinic the very same day, take a guess what they’ll recommend? Update still zero stars! Took my 5 yr old autism son in he told the nurse he was a ten on pain and was like well your not crying so it’s not that bad. Put a 5 in.. came in with a 103.8 temp and sever leg pai . Gave meds two hrs in and he started feeling better still complaining of leg pain. The nurse practitioner just said I was making him say that, he just wants more mommy time. Nothing we can do here for him. Told me to go look for a second opinion.
