I have had unending trouble with their billing system. When I tried to set up an account to pay my bill, I was not able to set it up and this took multiple calls to resolve. I made a payment over the phone and signed up for auto pay but even tough it was the same card that was used for the first payment (and the same card I use every day) every payment made online was declined. I even tried making a manual payment online and that one was also declined, even after double checking the payment details!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I've paid for the Lifeline service for over 6 months without being able to use it. My charger is broken and they haven't sent a replacement. I've called seven times. Each time they said they'll send one. I asked for a manager and the lady (Mia) said "No, you can talk to me." I'd like a refund for the half of a year that I haven't been able to use it. Thank god I didn't need help. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I am a home care nurse and called the Muskegon office with concerns about a mutual patient, regarding patient not being able to use tanks due weight or regulator. Inquired about what we needed to get for patient to get a POC. The customer service Mia was extremely rude, she tried to speak down to me not realizing that prior to my nursing career I was a RT for almost 20 years. I requested my patients order be sent to another DME that is able to service him and wants to help.
I went in to see if my husband’s equipment was ready for pickup since it had been 4 weeks since insurance approval. The woman at desk 3 was so rude to me and stated because his case is mild he isn’t urgent and she deals with 100 referrals and other reasons to make me feel as if my husbands sleep apnea does not matter to her. They're prices are great the bathroom bench they had was almost 1/2 the price of other health equipment places in the area & they were super nice 👍
