Awful experience. Denied medical care without explanation.
My toddler had the flu and he was getting worse very quickly. It turned out he also had dka. It was absolutely scary to see my son so dangerously sick and barely responsive. The staff immediately took him back and the doctor asked about type 1 diabetes right away. Thank God they were so hard working and knowledgeable. My son was extremly dehydrated and they worked non-stop to get an iv in him. We ended up taking an ems to motts hospital, but IHA got him on an iv and insulin and he looked so much healthier before we left. I c... read more
I don't understand why their stars are so low. My family has been going here for years and years. They are wonderful every time. The nurses and doctors are so kind and are doing a thankless job. BE KIND TO THEM.
Don't take your family here. They do not care.
The DOCTORS are lacking the ability to do their job along with empathy for their patients. You are just a number to these doctors and just a paycheck and it shows 1,010% from the doctors. These doctors don't deserve these RNs or MAs that treat like crap while they bust their butts to accommodate your patiences.
