If i could give 0 i would. I came in following a rear end collision layered on top of several chronic and congenital pain issues in my spine, and they told me that Tylenol should be sufficient. I left still crying and literally half screaming in pain, they didn't care. Not small spinal conditions - a congenital hemivertebra, two congenital scoliosis curves, and DDD. Seems like you charge too much at $720.00 for 10 minutes for a nurse to take my blood pressure and put me on a scale, oh... and take my temperature. Then, best part, tell me more bills coming from the doctor and radiology department. My wound wasn't even cleaned. You guys did absolutely nothing. Id rather walk from your parking lot to any corewell emergency room than go there again. I didn't even have to pay for it myself but if I did I would be in shock.
The registration lady was great, the nurse or MA was also great. The doctor missed the point of my visit. I have an autoimmune condition and obvious signs of infection and he shrugged when I asked what he thought of them all. He did not even run labs. That flabbergasted me. What kind for provider in an ED with the hx I told him and the present symptoms didnt order lab work. Now I’ll have to goto Corewell Butterworth ED where I should have gone in the first place. The guy who took care of me in triage was not friendly at all. That's a poor quality for people in the healthcare field! Who wants to deal with someone like that when they're sick or injured? Not me!
