The registration lady was great, the nurse or MA was also great. The doctor missed the point of my visit. I have an autoimmune condition and obvious signs of infection and he shrugged when I asked what he thought of them all. He did not even run labs. That flabbergasted me. What kind for provider in an ED with the hx I told him and the present symptoms didnt order lab work. Now I’ll have to goto Corewell Butterworth ED where I should have gone in the first place. The guy who took care of me in triage was not friendly at all. That's a poor quality for people in the healthcare field! Who wants to deal with someone like that when they're sick or injured? Not me!

I showed up here at 4am with the worst oral pain imaginable. The nurses and triage people here were wonderful and I’m grateful for them. The doctor however was dismissive, had poor bedside manner, and made me feel like a drug addict while I was literally sat there crying in pain from dental surgery. “Your mouth doesnt look swollen and I dont know why youre in so much pain” I was crying in pain, rated my pain at a 9, and was still only given oral Norco with a waiver.
