2021: Refused to tell me why I needed 5 vials of blood out of me when i was terrified of needles and they made my fear worse. Made me explain why i was harming myself and told me that my problems with my mom needed to be resolved at home. I walked in there thinking I was gonna die because of strange issues I was having and I don't have insurance so I put it off a long time. Dr David Burkard and the staff I didn't catch their names because at the time I was freaked out, treated me very well, Megan and I have the initials KC as the nurse on the paperwork and even the lady who did an EKG for me. He had to wait a little while but everyone was very helpful and kind as long as your patient and not rude they will work as fast
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Make sure plan to spend most of your day here in the emergency. I came to the emergency three times. And the last time was because my doctor said I urgently need to go in because they need to figure out what is going on because I had a major infection going on. The time before that the triage nurse made me decide between my symptoms which were worse. I was told I could only be seen for either my migraine or my abdomen pain.
