0 stars. The doctor and staff were dismissive and rude. I was seen by Dr. Deaton. The waiting room was empty, but I still waited 3 hours.
I walked into the E.R. feeling as if I was on deaths door. I was greeted kindly by the staff, treated with care and concern throughout, and left feeling that id received top notch care/service. From the techs to the Doc.. aces... thank you
2021: Refused to tell me why I needed 5 vials of blood out of me when i was terrified of needles and they made my fear worse. Made me explain why i was harming myself and told me that my problems with my mom needed to be resolved at home. (My home life was and still is terrible). 2025: Went for a upper respiratory infection and told me to go home and take Tylenol because i was fine and probably had the flu. I walked in there thinking I was gonna die because of strange issues I was having and I don't have insurance so I put it off a long time. Dr David Burkard and the staff I didn't catch their names because at the time I was freaked out, treated me very well, Megan and I have the initials KC as the nurse on the paperwork and even the lady who did an EKG for me. He had to wait a little while but everyone was very helpful and kind as long as your patient and not rude they will work as fast
