Tried to make an appointment for my daughter following an ER visit for dislocated elbow, as she was out of cell phone range working her job outside (6am - 6pm so outside of office hours) and couldn’t do it herself but needed it ASAP. Was treated EXTREMELY rudely by the person answering the phone. She said most adults have jobs and still can make their own appointment. It was a very enjoyable experience going to see the audiologist. The hearing and pressure test were performed in a professional friendly manner. From the nice lady who checked me in and the office staff were all polite and made me feel comfortable during a concerning time.
Dr Brian Johnson, a radiologist and the Trinity Cancer Care team deserve more than 5 stars! I was diagnosed with breast cancer by Dr Johnson, had 2 biopsies that I couldn’t even feel, a MRI, and everything was uploaded to the Trinity online patient portal in 4 days of diagnosis. I am amazed by the efficiency. The Mayo Clinic agreed with Trinity’s diagnosis and treatment plan. I’m grateful to have my treatments in Minot. My healing is happening so quickly and ahead of schedule. God is good!
