Read the delivery of our second baby to see updated review :) First baby was an awful experience here, the staff kept yelling at me and forced me to deliver on my back. Our aftercare nurse was also very dismissive. They did and possibly still don’t have one nurse to 3 patients maximum for L&D, and that probably overwhelmed the nurses who would thrive in a more staffed and caring environment. The labor and delivery team at this hospital are amazing. I’m a first time mom and I got induced with no idea what to expect. I was so nervous but once I arrived and met my nurse Kim for the first time everything felt so much better. The team I had behind me was wonderful. Thank you to the all nurses. Brooke, Gina, Amber, Monique, Karen and I had many more I just can’t remember them all.
