Injured my low back at plus fitness Gordon next door doing bent over rows and booked in with Dr Zachary Setiadi right after. Immediately I knew I was in the right place with his thorough history and physical examination. He is extremely passionate about what he does and after some soft tissue work, dry needling and great adjustments I went from 8/10 pain to 2/10 pain in one session! I highly recommend.
Great place Zach was able to help me get back to my training after I injured my hamstring. He had a great knowledge of how to recover and is very welcoming. I would highly recommend coming here.
