I booked an appointment for a doctor here for my son on zocdoc 2 weeks prior . When I get here, I'm notified that the Dr is not a pediatrician. So you're telling me nobody could have called before I got there and told me that? I could have booked a different doctor! No communication and not professional! Wasting hard working people's time

I would not recommend this physician or office based on my experience. First, the professionalism was lacking from the very beginning. I provided my insurance before my visit and it was verified, yet I’m now being billed in full. On top of that, the staff and physician were dressed in casual street clothes. As someone who works in the medical field, I have never seen a medical office where no one wears scrubs and the physician is in jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes. I am seeing negative reviews, but I have not had that experience. Dr. McCain is very personable and attentive during visits. There was an inaccuracy on my chart, most likely me not answering a question correctly, and they fixed it without any issues. I enjoy the office staff and will continue to use Dr. McCain as my PCP.
