I love the extra attention to care that patients get here and the evidence-based medicine that they practice.
The student doctors routinely write prescriptions that they are not allowed to prescribe. This always results in long delays in getting your prescription refilled as well as multiple trips to the pharmacy and phone calls to this clinic by the patient and pharmacy staff. I’ve brought this problem up many times and nothing happens.
I have been a patient here for a few years now. Care is sub par. I was recently treated for a cold. I paid the co pay. Only to receive a bill months later for $50 and they didn't even help me. The billed my insurance company outrageous charges and gave me nothing no help, I went home sick and got better on my own. However, my mother was treated for the same illness a day later and received medication, x-rays, and all around much better treatment. Wonder if it has anything to do with her being on Medicare????
