Went for lab work on 1/28/25 at the Town and Country location and decided to get there early so I could make it to work by 8am. I was waiting in line outside of the lab waiting room that was supposed to open at 7am. The doors were not opened until about 7:05, but not before one of the ladies that was working behind the desk walked past everyone and let out a loud sigh of annoyance along with an eye roll, just to make sure everyone knew we were inconveniencing her morning by making her do her job. They always treat me well . Been going for pet scans over 2 yrs. Never ever feel scared or anything. They are the best.
Getting my doctor to call in to my pharmacy for my medication is a horrible experience. I also went in with one spot of cancer on my throat and walked out with it everywhere after a biopsy
Was there around 7:30 am on 3/6/23. There were people there but from what I saw the workers were doing their best to take people through ASAP. I was out in 30 minutes. That’s what I call nice service.
