Visited Trinity Hair salon as a last resort on June 15th as my normal salon was closed. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. She washed my hair and supposedly put a conditioner in my hair that I didn't see as we washed it as normal. Deep conditioner usually are left on your hair for a few minutes. She then straightened my hair, and sadly, by 9 o'clock that night, my hair was so frizzy and looked terrible. I could not believe it. I assumed that she knew how to handle my hair from videos.
