Lovely doctor, patient and helpful
Dr Josh is awesome, the staff are friendly and helpful.
I find I don't have to wait too long to get an appointment. My husband waits 5-6 days to get in at another clinic. Front staff very pleasant and Dr "Joshua" very patient and explains things well His previous staff have been great too (interns). Can definitely recommend this clinic
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Booked an appointment here on Jan 10th. My partner and I drove three hours for an important appointment, making it clear from our initial phone call and follow-up conversations that we were not from Cairns. Forty-five minutes before our 4 PM appointment, the receptionist called asking if we could reschedule or do it over the phone—simply because my partner was “the last appointment of the day” and they wanted to go home.
