This company is so bad, it deserves a rating in the minus column-Trinity has no integrity-they do not honor product warranties, screen their sub-contractors, or respond to customer needs. Trinity installed our flooring last winter and in January it began to buckle drastically. They ignored repeated calls requesting assistance and when they finally decided to return the calls, insisted we repay them for their installers defective work.
