Trinity CrossFit is a great place to work out. I have been working out there for a couple of months, and it has been fun and challenging. It is a community based on good values. All the trainers are great; they motivate you to work your best and are helpful. The WODs are challenging and different every day. The trainers do an excellent job in modeling the exercises and the modifications. I really enjoyed working out at this CrossFit.
Excellent place to go and work out with focused people who are also good people. HIIT and Crossfitters will love working out here. Challenging WODs daily. Workout with the group or by yourself. The groups are awesome. Clare is amazing!
