Friendly and welcoming service! I always love working out at Trinity Fitness Suntree! As a teenager, I appreciate the trainers who are always there to help me whether it's modifying the exercises based on my fitness level or giving me posture tips so I don't hurt myself. As a Christian, the best part about Trinity Fitness Suntree is that I get to grow my relationship with God while I work out. Positive, uplifting community and workouts for all fitness levels. You can modify to make classes to make them as intense or moderate as needed and trainers are focused on good form and injury prevention. The programming is amazing and you will definitely notice a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
