First of I’m not just saying this ok, secondly this place is amazing. It is a faith based place, there is people I straight up do not know who clap and cheer for me as I work out. People see me doing a movement incorrectly come to my aid in the most positive and constructive way possible. The coaches all care about you your fitness level and help motivate in a loving comfortable way that is also motivating and inspirational way.
