I have been blessed to be part of this community since July 2023. When I joined, I was in a very difficult place, carrying shame and condemnation. This community helped me realign my focus on God. I am truly grateful for the trainers and everyone here—it feels like a second family. There is always an opportunity to challenge myself physically, spiritually, and mentally while making lifelong friends. Thank you!

After many years of CrossFit I have been to dozens of gyms. This one is by far my favorite! The workouts and coaches have helped me improve in my strength, mobility, and overall fitness but the community and atmosphere are like no other gym I’ve ever experienced If you’re looking for a great workout in a clean, supportive environment with people who truly care about you then Trinity is the gym for you!
I never had interest in CrossFit, but my husband and son started going to Trinity so I tried it. Now I’m even going to classes by my self - never saw that coming! I love this community and I’m getting stronger as a 50+ person doing these kind of workouts for the 1st time. You can do it too! Check it out! 😊
