Great atmosphere, friendly trainers & good crossfit facilities. If you're not sure, they sell day passes for $10 so go try it out
Best gym community one could have! I love Trinity Fitness because it pushes me to be more fit both physically and spiritually. The workouts are challenging for people at all levels of fitness. The staff are all friendly and are great at scaling movements up or down to ensure different skill levels, abilities, and even injuries are accommodated. The devotionals at the start of class always provide encouragement and strengthen my faith. There is something for everyone at TF, I can’t recommend it highly enough!
