THE BEST GYM! I belonged to a crossfit gym for 12 years, it closed down about 18 months ago. I was lost, I missed the camaraderie, community, coaching and just working out with other people. I've been part of the Trinity Fitness (TF) family since July 1st, 2020. When many gyms in Florida were closed and starting to reopen during the pandemic. I had left a voicemail for TF and not knowing when I might get a response due to the current situation and understandably so. I love working out as a group. Knowledgeable instructors who are willing to help you at whatever level you come in at. Faith based gym. Trinity Fitness Beachside is definitely a no judgment zone. Any and all people are welcome with open arms. I would highly recommend the mobility flow classes for flexibility.
Trinity fitness is more than a gym, it’s a community and a family. It’s a place where you can come to workout free of judgement and with love and support. This gym also gives back to the local community. I’ve been going for 8 years and can say it is truly an amazing place. You should come check it out!
