I'd give them 5☆ if I actually liked doctor visits. But Dr Smith is good doc. He will ask questions, give advice, and doesn't waste 40 minutes talking about his dog. Perfection!! I need in and out and to feel confident they know what they are doing. ✔️ The ladies in the office are always friendly. Busy, but friendly. So no complaints. ✔️ Now if I could just get them to play 80s rock while I sit and wait... 🤘
(would give 0 if I could) I have been struggling with low iron and ongoing stomach issues, and the care I received here was incredibly disappointing. My primary doctor admitted she wasn’t being proactive, and at one point told me to “just go to the ER because they’ll have answers.” That’s not how emergency rooms work. When I went, the ER staff explained that they only handle life or death situations and stabilize patients, they don’t provide long-term answers or investigate chronic conditions.
