This is the first eye doctor in the are I have went to. I figured nice area, must be a decent vision care center. I went in twice to get my glasses adjusted and they were still not right. I was told it takes time to adjust to new prescriptions and that’s probably what the problem is, not the prescription. RecommendedThey fit me in the same day when I called for an accident- my eye got scratched while getting my hair done. The Doctor diagnosed it as a scratched cornea gave me a contact lens , as well as steroid and antibiotic drops. It healed up within two days. I really appreciated how they fit me in and how nice and courtesy the staff was to me. At my last visit I appreciated how Steve fit me with the perfect pair of glasses, I have never had to wear glasses and now need readers. I called to get contacts for my daughter and was told her eye exam was 8 months old that I waited to long. She never got her fitting because she didn’t need contacts at the time and even though we paid for the fitting we never received I now have to repay for an entire exam plus another fitting just to order contacts. What a poor way to keep customers. If I have to repay for what I already paid for I will definitely be giving my money to another establishment. My daughter had an appt on Friday April 13 and the office was running late. I asked after waiting 30 minutes past our appt time how much longer and they told me they were running behind. I explained I needed to get my child to school for a test that’s why I made the appt when I did. Then they said they were waiting for a room to open. They fit me in on a last minute Saturday cancellation. Everyone was kind and helpful. They doctor provided me with back up contacts while I try out a new power. Highly recommend them! I will be calling them my eye doctor for many years to come.
