I have no complaints about Dr Karolin, but not a fan of this clinic. I opted to go there from Edmonton because of Dr Karolin, she arranged another Dr for me. Terrible terrible experience. She said she had to do a lot of fillings, had to be there for 2 days for more than 4 or 5 hours. 3 of those fillings came off, can’t even fix them with my insurance as it wouldn’t cover a treatment again for the same tooth. I won’t return or recommend this clinic anymore. I didn’t expect this from this clinic
I had my dental implant done with Dr. Mary Karolin, and the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely stress-free. The results are excellent, and I’m truly pleased with how everything turned out. The entire team at the office was warm, professional, and supportive at every visit. I’m grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Mary Karolin to anyone considering dental work - especially implants.
Dr. Karolin is amazing—kind, caring, and truly focused on making sure I’m happy by the end of every session. Steven also goes above and beyond with his support and is fantastic at teaching me how to take care of my teeth. He always shares helpful tips and tricks. Husband's bridge literally fell out of his mouth (after 25 yrs lol) & Dr Karolin, Trinity Family Dental, worked wonders & had a new bridge made & inserted for him within 2 visits. He praised her empathy, professionalism & gentalness & says the new bridge is super comfortable & he's finally able to eat chicken wings!! Thank you Dr. Karolin & Trinity Family Dental.
