Please step into 2021. Only in Steubenville would there not be any availability to pay your bill online. You have to call the phone number on your bill and speak with some lady that acts as of she doesn't really want to be bothered in order to pay your bill and thays if they answer the phone. I feel like I'm trapped in the 90s. Please update your methods, this is ridiculous!
