Had an appointment at 2:00. The doors were locked. The building looked like an abandoned building. Receptionist finally shows up to let me in. The office was nasty and dirty no air conditioning had to wear gloves and a mask. Overall this place is very unprofessional and seems a little shady to me. I have reason to believe that the receptionist was also the eye doctor because there was no staff there. Dr. Or and his staff was amazing. I had an emergency situation where I got something stuck in my eye. I was in a lot of pain and I was turned away by many other places I called Dr. Or and he made a space in his packed schedule for me. His staff managed my pain with drops while I waited for my appointment time. Dr. Or stayed past 7pm working to remove what was stuck in my eye. My son was referred from his doctor to see a eye specialist for his lazy eye. They called me up to set up the appointment and I even told them on the phone even though the Dr did during the referral. We arrive at the appointment to find a unprofessional staff. She was the only one there and I knew something was up when I entered the building because it looked like someone just set up a fake business inside a empty rented area.
