I first saw Dr. Or in 2019 when I was having tremendous eye pain. I went to another ophthalmologist several times and he was unable to resolve the issue. Within a few minutes of observing, Dr. Or was able to successfully diagnose and treat the issue. He also caught the early onset of glaucoma and has been successfully treating it since. A few weeks ago I had another vision issue and he got me in for an appointment the next morning (I called late in the afternooon).
I visited this eye doctor today for an eye examination, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience, especially regarding hygiene and patient care. During the examination, the doctor was wearing latex gloves and repeatedly touched the keyboard and computer. After touching these surfaces, the doctor continued the examination and touched my face and the area around my eyes without changing the gloves. Very knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring and customer oriented. Before my Cataract surgery I could read two lines on the eye chart, after my Cataract surgery I could read the whole chart down to the bottom line! Thank you Dr. Or. Much appreciated
I moved to the area and needed to see a dr for my cataracts and macular hole. I found Dr Or. He was extremely informative after all the testing was completed. He was quiet until the end. His office lady was a complete delight. They both are very polite and helpful. It’s hard to find great drs but I hit the jackpot.
