A Dr. there prescribed medication for a family member of mine that was not compatible with medication that she took on a daily bases that could have killed her. She contacted the Pharmacy and they also informed her that the prescription amount was abnormally more than what anyone would prescribe. There is a reason that you are asked what medications that you currently take due to this type of situation taking place.
