We decided to sell our house at the beginning of winter which meant it was not possible to have our MA Title IV inspection performed at that time due to frozen ground. We asked Trinity Engineering for a soil evaluation and a wastewater system design for our new home. John and his team were amazing! His communication and clarity of what was to be done were outstanding. He responded quickly to questions and provided all of the necessary paperwork for our project. I'm a Realtor and needed to help my Seller get a new septic system in before the ground froze. John Dupras and his team at Trinity Engineering were excellent. John communicated in a very timely manner, handled all the new on-line permitting quickly, coordinated with the Health Inspector and even recommended a company that got the system installed within two weeks.
