Shout out to Jamie and his team for taking care of my son Saturday night! I was really upset about the way people reacted while in transit. Cars pulled out in front of us and two teenagers deliberately walked in the cross walk as we were coming so we had to stop until they passed. It was really frustrating and unbelievable to see. I hope people realize they are putting themselves, the patient and the passengers all at risk when making such an ignorant decision!
Why does Trinity EMS in Lowell not have to shovel their sidewalks?
I was fortunate to have two competent and professional Trinity EMT's come to my apartment yesterday, October 7, to assist me to Lowell General Hospital. EMT LaRochelle and EMT Richardson had me In the ambulance and on the way to Lowell General in a sincere and efficient manner and with a good sense of humor, which helped me to relax a lot. Just want to say I just passed a trinity ems parked at the Boston market in drum hill with this women who works for you with the ambulance is walking around and dancing recording someone in the trunk of a beige civic. Unprofessional
