I've been through Trinity for all the electrical issues in my home. They're always exceptionally friendly and professional. Rates are more than fair compared to many in town. Even though they can't schedule you a specific time, they are very flexible and willing to work with you on getting someone out to your location. I've had a different person come out each time I've called and they always go above and beyond to ensure I'm satisfied with the work they've done.
I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel necessary. We’ve used them a couple times before and they were the first place we called for electric work this time. Was a solid 5 star before. Even our realtor was impressed. I called a couple weeks ago to have a few things done at our house. The person who came (short chubby guy) was cold, acted as though he couldn’t leave fast enough, took no notes, and seemed incredibly unprepared. John from Trinity installed outlets and light switches , and a light fixture, was very efficient and professional.
