Incompetent staff. Refused to keep my appointment because of an error from an outdated booklet. I called my insurance to confirm coverage and network eligibility, but staff refused to follow up. I cancelled my husband's appointment as well. I don't want a business that can't use a phone to have sharp objects around me.
