Was straight to the point and actually cared about the issue at hand and noticed another tooth possibly needing a root canal and sent out to the VA for the approval to do both instead of one and letting that one get worse

Terrible and dishonest experience! This is by far the worst and most dishonest dental clinic I’ve ever dealt with. The front desk staff assured me they accepted my dental insurance, so I decided to proceed with my treatment. A few days later, I found out they actually don’t take my insurance. When I went back to address the issue, the receptionist insisted they charged me “according to my insurance rates,” which was completely untrue.
