I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, but it didn’t seem to matter. I still had to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before being seen. After that, they needed insurance approval, which was another frustrating process—you have to keep calling and following up yourself. Something as simple as a night guard that should have taken about 3 weeks ended up taking 3 months. Unless you have a lot of time to waste, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Dr. Doung and his Crew is the IT Factor!! Thank you fpr all that you all do .. Customer Service still exists.
