I wanted to say how professional the doctor is. She is so understanding and very gentle with her procedures. The best dentist i've ever been my life, I will recommend her to everyone I know. The best thank you doctor.
Two weeks after visiting this dental office for a broken tooth, I was told I needed an extraction. I have been in pain and “waiting” for two weeks now for an authorization, I find out that it was never received by my insurance company AND, they could have gotten this approval over the phone the day I was in the office. THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP ON THE AUTHORIZATION! I am the one that told THEM it was never received. Is the best dentist I had ever gone to I love their elegant style and the people here are kind and friendly.
Great dentist but horrible book keeping. Didn’t file on our insurance correctly and cost us $$$ because of their incompetences.
