I've been trying to sort out my bill since January. Trinity Dental never billed my secondary insurance. Every time I call they say they will and every time I get a new bill, the secondary insurance has not been billed. The latest bill says "PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY!" which I'd love to do, if the bill were correct. While I have no complaints about the care I received, I'm very unhappy/frustrated with the billing office. Given their incompetence, I would not recommend Trinity Dental.

Gia is wonderful. Dr. Kugel is the best. I have had all my dental work done here and they are not only professional, but they are also very kind.
My visits to Trinity Dental have always been a pleasant experience. The staff is welcoming and Dr. Russell goes to great lengths to explain exactly what he will be doing. I highly recommend Dr. Russell and tis practice to anyone who needs dental care.

Amazing staff, very accommodating, friendly and you can tell they really care. Never a wait, yet always have ample amount of time with dentist and hygienist to address all my questions, I don’t know how they do it! I’ve had 4 dentists over the last 6 years trying to find the right fit, and I finally have. The best run office I’ve ever been too with very talented Drs. Thanks for everything!
Excellent staff. Great patient care. Modern equipment. Skilled dentists and hygienists. Can’t say enough good things about this group. And, they succeed at minimizing or eliminating the pain!
Dr. Dello Russo is a wonderful dentist--been with him for years and hope to be with him for many more!
