Not one single rule is applied or followed! This is not an HOA rather a way to exploit residents for money for their own personal gain. I have had a shot gun pulled on me. People stay up ALL NIGHT with their music up all the way. Drinking and fighting throughout the night. It’s 85% trash and drama!
