Terrible service! Worst customer service you can find in the whole California! They cut the power out for long periods of time and never give you an answer when will the problem be fixed or even if they even working on it. Totally cant depend on them for power. So make sure you have a generator and stack up on whole lot of gas if you decide to do business with them.
I own a house in trinity county. TPUD let squatters put electricity in their name on my property making a nuisance. Forged signatures as in fraud and I reported to the trinity county sheriff. Cut a tree down on my property and didn't ask for permission. Now they refuse to service my address for electricity. Make up excuses why they can't service. Connie and Sarah are very rude and when I try to ask to speak with the district manager for the power grid , they hang up the phone or they argue before they hang up. I am of color ... read more
