I used Melissa's services during covid and was looking her up today to refer a family member. Very professional and she is the only person I ever dealt with as there were no other staff. She IS the STAFF! Thank you Melissa.
The worst. I called here asking about programs and was told if I didn’t do this one I was going to fail. They also then called my husband and asked if he cared about saving my life. The threatening and shaming is not the proper approach to take at all! The rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with!!!
Rude and unprofessional
Completed my class with no issues. Melissa was great help and a very nice teacher. Had an issue with some paperwork and she handled it immediately. Even during the holidays! Highly recommended.
I’d give a ZERO if I could! Unprofessional and RUDE! How can you help others with that kind of attitude!
