The other day I went back to Trinity Computers with another problem I was having with my laptop. After having AJ successfully fix my last one I had confidence in him to be fair and able in fixing this one as well. He found out my problem and didn't charge me for troubleshooting it and then was able to fix it. He also took the time to explain and answer other questions I had.
