RecommendedI do recommend Trinity as I’ve never had a problem with this facility before now. I’ve been calling trying to make an appointment for my baby for a month and a half now. We were going to miss an appointment, I tried to call to cancel it and didn’t get an answer then. I’ve been calling religiously as my daughter needs to get in but I’m on hold for 20+ minutes before I decide to hang up. On hold as I type this lol.
Although I can't at times get in with my regular Doctor last minute I have always been satisfied with the one I could see. Melissa at the front is always so professional and friendly. My home clinic since birth.
Receptionist was so rude today if we had more options for health care I sure wouldn't continue here...
The most horrendous service I’ve ever gotten from a drs office, and considering how many horrible doctors I’ve been to, that’s saying something. They truly don’t care about helping you they just want money. The dr was too lazy to look up my mri results and instead said “well the note from the last dr said inconclusive”, I told her yeah because it was the X RAY image, so I had to tell HER my mri results and she acted like I was either lying or that it wasn’t a big deal.
