I've been a patient for many years. Since I was very young to be exact so about 30 years. Dr. Smith is a awesome doctor and does care about his patients. However anytime on the rare visits I have had in the past is always with a nurse prac. And the front desk people are now just rude. Don't know what happened through the years.
