Today was my first time to see Dr. Toney. It was a very good experience. He was very thorough. I had issues with my nose, ear and throat and he was able to assess and treat each concern. He is very personable and took a lot of time to explain the issues that I brought to him.
I've tried to see him for various ear issues, sinus issues, and throat issues. His staff will say "We don't do those things" or "he reviewed the referral and he said he won't see you". I've never met the guy but I guess I offended him or his family, or he just only does one thing? When asking for clarifying questions his front line staff gave an audible sigh over the phone and then just said nothing, hoping I would hang up. I like Christus as a whole, but this behavior is shameful.
