It's always a pleasure to deal with the Trinity team. Once again they exceeded our expectations. Obtaining worry free services and sales are worth the 65 mile round trip drive. Oh, Trinity provide loaner vehicle or picks up and delivers our vehicle when needed. How can yoh top thst?
Dropped my mother's vehicle off here for warranty repair on a backup camera not working. Service diagnosed it & said the radio needed replaced the update didnt work. Ordered me one with a pending fix date. 2 months pass, I call, they say they couldn't reach me & had to return the part (had number entered wrong in their system) 9 or so months go by with zero communication.
