This place is a hit or miss for me. I have a monthly membership and go every weekend (aside from rain). I would estimate that at least 25-30% of the time there is an issue with equipment. Either the wax or brushes don't start in the wash as my wash type requires or the vacuums have zero suction. I just had 2 weekends in a row where the hot wax and clear coat shine did not apply. Tried coming to wash my car over an hour before they said online they were closed and they had a sign blocking anyone from going through the line. Insane.
Drive thru carwash mostly water. No soap.
Drove to this place multiple days asking for full service detail was told they had no one so better to call spoke with manager one day and was told to come following day guess who's not there the manager nor anyone who can detail clearly do not need my money done trying with this location yes the other workers are very nice but I need a job done and its frustrating when your being told so many different days and times and still no service
