Great friendly staff but they don't tell you that you can't cancel unless you call them or email them and they continue to charge you till you can get ahold of someone. They need to add the ability to go and cancel anytime without having to call them or email because calling no one answers the damn phone now I am having to dispute the charges
I just had my car detailed and OMG! They did an AMAZING JOB! My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot new in 2018. My front white leather seats are white again, something I never thought could happen. The carpets all look brand new. I was so excited I gave the gentleman, Mac, a hug!!
They changed my car without my knowledge every month $10 I never download the app or go to the website and subscribe they told me they will give Me a $10 promotion for three months and no one explained I’ll get charge $10 after that every month sad be careful
This place is a hit or miss for me. I have a monthly membership and go every weekend (aside from rain). I would estimate that at least 25-30% of the time there is an issue with equipment. Either the wax or brushes don't start in the wash as my wash type requires or the vacuums have zero suction. I just had 2 weekends in a row where the hot wax and clear coat shine did not apply.
