I have been trying to cancel my monthly membership and have called and gone in person. Each time they say it is discontinued but I am charged the next month. Today the person said I should have a paper from them for the cancellation and they never gave me one. Called 3x and went 3x. Now they say they can’t cancel because my card was declined. I really like yhe experience in Trinity shine car wash.
Poor customer service. My car was being detailed, but attendant told to help another guy who just pulled up for detailing. Asked for towel to clean dirt from my car because attendant missed it.
Nice car wash. Did a great job on our car. Vacuums, compressed air, windex and towels in the post wash area.
Can’t beat their price. My car feels sqeaky clean. Shout out to the manager, Blake!
