Trinity is an absolutely amazing and special place! The service is top tier from every single team member! I have had the pleasure of being served by Gabi every single time I have come, which is quite often (🤭). Every single employee has been an absolute joy to interact with, and Gabi especially is incredibly prompt, adept and just wonderful. Went from one of my favorite places to never going back. I tried to give this place one last shot after having a few terrible experiences with allergy mix ups and rude service from a previous brunette bartender. I had friends who flew in to see us in September and we decided to come eat here. There was barely anyone in there when we went however they had a large party on the other side. Terrible service. Waited for 30minutes for a burger and couldn’t have it. Even cancelling the order, they made us wait for 5 minutes. Tables were pretty dirty and also the glasses. Strongly not recommending this.
Really impressive food, even for a brewery!
We hosted our wedding welcome party at Trinity Brewing and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! With about 100 guests traveling from out of town, the staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless. Earlier in the week, dropped off welcome bags (unannounced), and the team kindly stored them and set them out for our guests on the day of the event - which was incredibly thoughtful and made it so much easier for us.
