Have been coming here weekly for awhile because the food is excellent but will probably be stopping that as I've noticed a few trends recently that make the overall experience not worth the hassle. Specifically, the staff are somewhat incompetent as they will occasionally get online orders confused and don't bother calling for clarity, instead waiting for the customer to arrive for pickup to request clarity, adding a ~20 min wait for pickup. We recently had my father’s celebration of life at Trinity. We were in the warehouse room and had about 60-70 people. Everything from set up to communication with Matt was so easy and simple. They didn’t require a deposit and were so flexible with everything we needed. The staff were attentive and professional and the food was great. They had plenty of beer selections and an open bar. Nothing like a great meal, refreshing drink, relaxing atmosphere while watching the sunset here! Always a must when in town!
I appreciate they have wine and other stuff besides beer to drink. Staff was friendly. I just wish the beer was cold. It felt like it was served at almost room temperature.
I really love this place. But honestly, when the chairs start getting flipped at 8:15, it feels like I'm being pushed out. There are still people sitting at the bar and outside, so it’s confusing. Do you close earlier than your posted hours? If people are still coming in after 8, it seems like you could be missing out on extra business.
