Joe and Justin just completed a 5-star blown in insulation job bringing my 40-year-old attic to R38 standard. They worked well together, were good communicators and did a full clean up before leaving. I'd recommend Trinity to anyone needing a professional HVAC company.
Had them out for a repair and ossicle system replacement, but received horrible customer service. Would not recommend them.
On May 13, 2022 Jay McCart did my spring A/C maintenance. In addition to these duties, he also did some cosmetic repairs. When my unit was installed several years ago, the drainage pipe was placed in such a manner that it was blocking my water heater. Jay volunteered to correct this problem. He even had to go back to office to collect materials. I so appreciate this extra effort which he accomplished quickly and with a ready smile.
