These people are completely incompetent. It took a month for them to respond to my emails, there is never anyone in the leasing office, which is shocking considering all property managers do is sit behind a desk and scroll on their phones. Greystar is a soulless corporate landlord contributing to the rise in housing costs. Don't live here, please.

NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. There are a lot of Yelp pages for this company and its apartments. I’m guessing they create a new page after enough bad reviews build up. Try searching for their parent company, Trinity Management. I was month-to-month on my lease. I contacted my leasing agent almost 2 months before my intended move-out date. No response. I find an email on the Trinity website and manage to find a contact person, Abel Geronimo. I give him my 30-day notice. A few days later he sends me a form to fill out. I send the... read more
