I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this provider. From the beginning, I was aware that my condition would likely require surgery. Despite this, I followed the treatment plan exactly as the doctor recommended, attended every scheduled appointment, and took all prescribed medications as directed, trusting the process I was advised to follow. Ive had serious inflammation in my eye and was getting very concerned when it wasn’t going away. Dr. Trinidad saw me the same day I called, when no one else would take me in. Super grateful for him and his team, and feel that I am in great hands! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable doctor. Thank you Dr. Trinidad!
I Went to see Dr Jake at the urging of a friend. I was driving at night in construction and couldn’t see. It scared me and was thinking I had just seen my Eye Dr 3 Mo ago and was told same prescription, no change, good to go Dr Jake showed me the X-rays and explained that I had Cataracts and would eventually require surgery. First and foremost, I want to express that if it weren’t for Dr. Trinidad, I likely would have already sought care elsewhere. He is an excellent physician, and his professionalism and care are the primary reasons I continue to come to this office. However, the ongoing issues with poor communication and lack of accountability from the front office staff have become extremely frustrating. Dr. Trinidad is one of the most caring and efficient doctors I've ever met. And he has the state of the art equipment! His staff is excellent. They make you feel so welcome. I certainly will recommend this office to everyone... God bless them! ❤️👍🏻
