I think Dr. Trinh is a strong and capable physician but I have had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with her, the nurses, or any other medical professionals at this office. It pains me to give her 3 stars because I think she is great especially when it comes to performing procedures (colonoscopy, endoscopy, etc.) . I had 3 colonoscopy and 2 upper-endoscopy in the past 12 years. However, what can be improved are spending more time with the patients to explain and come up with a proper care plan. Aside from when I was under anesthesia during procedures, she probably spent less than 3 minutes with me each time. With a history of colon cancer in my family, I need to be able to trust my gastroenterologist to be knowledgeable, professional and up to date; Dr. Trinh checks all the boxes. I have had nothing but positive experiences for over five years as a patient.
