Absolutely terrible experience!! No contact for weeks after offers, agreed on price then went under contract with someone els and that deal/buyer fell through. Was forced to buy less than. I do not recommend this realtor at all. She’s either part time, does not care or is just terrible. Save 2+ months of your life and look elsewhere. We lost our dream home while expecting our first baby due to this realtor.
Trina had supernatural stamina, always upbeat and professional, to keep a very long to realize deal always moving forward. It was slow but we got there, and she was always the same, optimistic and high energy, keeping us going. She has a wealth of experience in the area and knows many developers locally and regionally.
