We are so thankful for Trina! Our family owned this investment property as we live in California. Trina sold us a lot in Dandridge. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She obtained the CC & R’s and bylaws for the neighborhood and encouraged us to read them over once and then again before we made an offer. She wanted to make sure we understood all of the restrictions in this HOA governed community. As a result, we now live in our dream home on Douglas Lake! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Trina!
Trina and her son were great- answered all questions and dealt with delays on buyer finding well. If I ever move back to eastern Tennessee I will definitely use Parkway Realty.
