They don’t answer the phone
I purchased two prehung doors for a guest room remodel and Trimtek was able to reuse my original brass heavy duty hinges when they built the new frames. I was pleased with the communication and my contractor said they were the best made doors he’s seen in a long time. We will definitely be using Trimtek again when it’s time to do the rest of the house!
I’m attempting to buy some interior doors from this company through Washington Energy Sercvices and there is no way that I can even view their products. The WES rep says he only has one copy of the product pamphlet so I only viewed it briefly during the short estimate visit. Trimtek’s website is faulty and will not display door and trim options. Throughout my entire remodel process I’ve viewed hundreds of websites and this is the worst. They need help to bring their site into the 21st century.
