I don't reccomend going through trims for a modular home, unless you want zero support when things aren't working from before you even move in, and crooked light fixtures, switches and things that don't work. Our house is barely a year old and our roof is already leaking. We have contacted eugene several times regarding several issues that we have had since day 1 and cant get a response. No problem getting things done until the house is in place. Can never get a hold of afterword when things go wrong with the house within the warranty period. Had a problem with a bath tub drain from day one. Was told to email finally after I was contacted back because that was the best way to get a reply. Emailed with another problem didn't get a reply for 2 weeks with many emails, phone calls, voicemails left and text messages. Then when do get a reply tells you they will call you a certain day on when they can fix the prob... read more
RecommendedI have worked with this company for years and you will not find a better company to purchase your modular home from. They have excellent service, experience, and the best pricing around.

We aren't even done yet and it's been an amazing experience! We are building from Fl and they have bent over backwards to be helpful. If I could give more stars I would. If you are looking for a modular, you will not find anyone better.
