Negative stars all around I am not a patient but was in the office with a current patient today. this office is unprofessional. I heard racial comments from behind the counter and Dr Maxwell speaks to her staff like they are stuff on the bottom of her shoe. Incredible. Been going for years, never had an issue. But the last 12 months has been seriously frustrating. From the text refill number, to having my meds submitted to my pharmacy in a timely manner, I feel like I have to work extra hard just to get anything done. I'M RESPONSIBLE for finding a pharmacy that carries my meds, I'M RESPONSIBLE to let them know when I'm almost out of my meds for a refill, etc. And for what?
